Now these two were the definition

of true love

We kicked off O + B's Smoky Mountain elopement with a 5 am wake-up call, ready to capture the sunrise. The chill of the morning air bit into us—it was absolutely freezing. But nothing could cool the excitement of the day. Her wedding dress came in the wrong color, but with a spirit of adventure, we embraced it, and it made for a story.

Bitter cold, warmer hearts:

unforgettable Smoky Mountain adventure elopement

The morning wasn't without its twists. Getting stuck in the Cades Cove loop was an unexpected detour, but it gave us more time to savor the beauty of the mountains. The love and affection between O and B shone through every shot. They're naturals in front of the camera, radiating warmth even in the icy cold.

He's from Canada, she's from Michigan, and their love story is rooted deeply in their faith and big family values. Their devotion to each other and their willingness to brave the cold made the day even more special. After the portraits, we celebrated with a hearty gas station breakfast—sometimes the simplest moments become the best memories.
